He also has the ability to identify opportunities and then create a team of like-minded individuals with the talent and vision to make those opportunities come to life. Dan’s ongoing mission with Cityspace is to hand pick unique buildings or locations in urban areas and create commercial spaces and residences that are sophisticated, modern and functional.

His signature project sits on more than 12 acres, making Dan the largest private land holder in Downtown Columbus. He single-handedly pioneered a new vision of what this area could be - a vibrant downtown community with restaurants, banks, studios, commercial space and residences. The result is the Market Exchange District, forged with a singular, unique architectural vision that represents the best of new urbanism.
